Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is considered to be the most useful and powerful technique of online marketing. Major search engines have evolved over a period of time and have become quite smart in delivering the values for which they are used. Their algorithm is based on providing the most relevant result for a particular search term. Though it is difficult or rather impossible to understand their exact algorithm, certain techniques and methods have been found which have proved to be useful in achieving higher ranking among major search engines.

Based upon this technique we have devised our proprietary methodology called Dartboard Optimization Matrix (DOM).
What is Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI)?
LSI is a methodology involving statistical probability and correlation that helps deducing the semantic distance between words. Its major application is in understanding the relation between certain words in a paragraph or in a document. This methodology is being used while indexing a page in the search engine’s database. It helps understanding the semantic relation of the keywords with the context of the words on the web page. Some of the major search engines have adopted LSI to index web pages and return the most relevant results pertaining to the search query.
A simple LSI model can be used to explain the concept discussed in the above paragraph. The web is a source of huge information and data and LSI uses to classify them according to the search term and uses to provide sorted information that exhibit similar content and context.
